RECLAIM YOUR VOICE. REWRITE YOUR STORY.

Words hold profound power – the power to help us process, heal and grow. For women, that power can be especially transformative. In a world that often asks us to shrink, stay quiet, or carry more than our share, your voice matters.

Your story deserves to be told.

In our work together, I strive to honor your narrative thus far and empower you to author your next chapter – a future filled with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.

MEET NEHA

therapist | writer | speaker | mental health advocate

Hello and welcome! As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I work with women who are navigating a wide range of experiences that frequently intersect in complex ways: infertility, postpartum transitions, motherhood, caregiving, grief, mood disorders, relationship challenges, intergenerational trauma, and second-generation identity struggles.

Informed by my own lived experiences, my clinical approach reflects my commitment to helping clients feel validated and supported as they work toward creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I currently offer individual therapy via telehealth
to women (18+) living throughout California.

Outside of my therapy practice, I’m committed to breaking the stigma around mental health by sharing insights through my written work and speaking opportunities, including conferences, podcasts, and webinars.
